Service Engagement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Solid Concepts & Stone website and the procurement of our fabrication and installation services. Engaging our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms in full.

Project Estimates & Scopes

All project estimates are provided based on initial measurements and material selections. Final pricing is subject to:

• Final template measurements performed on-site by our technicians.
• Specific slab selection from our collection or approved importers.
• Complexity of edge detailing and specialized fabrication requirements.
• Site-specific installation challenges identified during the template phase.

Natural Variation

Natural stone (Granite, Marble, Quartzite) is a product of nature and will contain variations in color, veining, and texture. Such variations are characteristic of premium natural surfaces and do not constitute defects. We encourage clients to personally view and select their slabs to ensure aesthetic alignment.

Payment & Structural Commitment

A deposit is required to secure slab inventory and initiate the fabrication schedule. Final payment is due upon successful installation and client sign-off. We provide specialized care instructions for each material; following these guidelines is essential for maintaining the lifetime permanence of your surfaces.

Liability & Installations

Solid Concepts & Stone maintains comprehensive insurance for all installations. We are not responsible for structural deficiencies in the property's foundation or cabinetry that may affect the stone after installation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Shelbyville or Louisville, KY.
